We are located at the seaside, close to Ostuni and Alberobello, allowing you to breathe the fresh air of a true holiday.
And so at dawn when the sun on the horizon, the fishermen are already at sea trawling the catch which they then bring to the hotel kitchen, where chefs create dishes exclusively with local produce.
After a lunch savouring authentic flavours in our restaurant, simply walk down the stairs to find yourself in front of a huge blue expanse.
At night, lulled by the sound of the waves, it is beautiful to indulge in the delicate touch of sleep.
