Il Timone restaurant is renown since 1986 for its cuisine. A piece of Apulian history, recipes that have the unmistakable flavours of the sea and earth. The restaurant has two dining rooms and a terrace which can seat 60: the first dining room and the terrace overlook the sea, whereas the second dining room overlooks the garden.
All types of ceremonies can be hosted, as well as informal dinners with friends. It offers only seasonal dishes and is also very attentive to the needs of the little ones: upon request baby meals for small children can be prepared.
An excellent choice for business dinners and receptions, in fact, even business is best discussed over exquisite food and a charming bay.
